BooDoggo delivers worldwide.
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class. (When there is a postal strike, we will look for the best alternative courier to make sure your order is received at the earliest possible opportunity.)
International orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked.
For all UK orders we use Royal Mail. Usually you'll receive your order within 1-2 business days on BooRobe ready-mades, and within 3-6 weeks on items made to order.
If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland, delivery times may be extended depending on where exactly you live.
Despatch details will normally be sent to your email address or mobile.
For International Delivery we use Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow at least 14 days for your order to arrive, depending on your overseas location. The estimated delivery times may be found on the Royal Mail Website.
Customs & Duties
The customer is responsible for providing any payment required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. The postage label will contain a description of the items.
If you have a problem with a delivery or with goods damaged in transit, please contact us.

Please supply a delivery address where there will be someone in to sign for your parcel. If there is nobody in when the courier calls, they will leave a card for collection.

Returns Policy
We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased from BooDoggo within 30 days of receipt unless that item has been made to order. Please note that returned goods must be unused and unwashed.
What do I do if an item doesn’t fit or I don’t like the colour?
For UK customers please contact us within 7 days. For International customers please contact us within 20 days. Returned goods must be unused and unwashed. Goods will be refunded by the method you used to pay for your order. This may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds.
What do I do if an item is faulty or damaged when it’s delivered?
All of our BooRobes are made in the UK and are highly quality controlled. However, should you find a fault or the garment has been damaged in transport, please contact us to arrange the return of your order. Please include a photo showing the fault. Once we receive the goods:-
We aim to process all returns within 7 working days.
If you paid for order by card – we will refund your card if you have not requested a replacement.
How do I know if BooDoggo has processed my return?
You will receive email updates as and when we receive and process your return. If you have not received your exchange or refund within 10 days please contact us.
International Returns
Customers outside of the UK must follow the instructions above along with our standard returns procedures.

- YES - the postage for the return must be covered by the customer unless the item is faulty, in which case we will email or post a Royal Mail returns label.
- If sending back to us using your own method, please remember to send your package by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- International Orders - we recommend that these are returned to us using a tracked service such as DHL Express, UPS or Fedex.
We aim to process all returns within 7 working days.
